Abstract
Instrumentation for pulsed-current measurements of the critical curren t in superconductors is described. The measurement accuracy is improve d by decreasing the amount of heat released in the current contacts. T he tail of the superconducting transition can be measured and the intr agranular and intergranular currents can be determined. A block diagra m of the device and the circuit diagram of one unit are presented.
