Abstract
A 33-year-old woman was examined because of primary infertility. Hyste rosalpingography plus laparoscopy led to a diagnosis of the extremely rare condition of pigmentosis of the fallopian tube, with complete tub al occlusion as the cause of the infertility. The condition appeared t o be idiopathic.
