Abstract
The XbaI and EcoRI restriction fragment length polymorphisms at the ap olipoprotein B gene locus were studied using the polymerase chain reac tion. The allele, genotype, and haplotype frequencies in Russians from west Siberia were determined. Linkage disequilibrium between the XbaI and EcoRI loci was detected.
