Abstract
Experimental specific volumes of aqueous solutions of sodium metaborat e in the 0.12-1.02 m concentration range are reported for the 298-573 K range and pressures from equilibrium to 80 MPa. Equations of state f or the volume properties of H3BO3-H2O and NaB(OH)4-H2O systems and the limitng partial molar volumes of dissolved H3BO3 and NaB(OH)4 calcula ted with them are presented for the same temperature and pressure rang es.
