Abstract
To avoid the time-consuming reprobing process in hybridization analysi s, signal distinguishable probes (P-32, S-35 or antigenic hapten-label ed DNA) can be added to the same hybridization mixture. After hybridiz ation an unambiguous result can be obtained by differential or sequent ial autoradiography.
