Abstract
The article presents results of laboratory and field experiments on me asuring the discharge of suspended matter-bearing flows using segmenta l orifice plates inserted at the upper section of horizontal pipes. Th e relationship between generalized characteristics of the flow and cha racteristics of the constituent fluid and solid phases is examined.
