Abstract
A brief description is presented of the composition of a standard that consists of an improved version of the standard GET6-84 and a novel a utomated system for collecting and processing the results of measureme nts obtained with the new arrangement. The errors arising in the arran gement and in the standard as a whole are assessed. The results of int ernational comparisons of the standard are analyzed.
