Abstract
Lipoblastic differentiation in fibrous mesotheliomas is an extremely r are occurrence. We present the histological and immunohistochemical fe atures of a case of localized paeritoneal mesothelioma with lipoblasti c differentiation in an 80-year old mall and discuss the differential diagnosis with liposarcoma.
