Abstract
Results from measurements of the hydrogen uptake in Mo/V Multi Layered single crystal Super Lattices (MLSL), with modulation wavelengths (LA MBDA) from 0.6 to 5 nm, are presented. The concept of MLSL was applied to enable a thermodynamic equilibrium within series of different LAMB DA. The hydrogen concentration is shown to depend on the modulation wa velength (LAMBDA), which is related to the charge transfer at the inte rfaces. The extension of the charge transfer is shown to exceed three monolayers (0.46 nm) in vanadium.
