Yi. Sokolov et al., REVEALING RISK-FACTORS FOR HEMODYNAMIC DI SADAPTATION DURING EXERCISEAS EVIDENCED BY GENETIC-STUDIES .3., Kardiologia, 33(8), 1993, pp. 34-36
Examinations in 28 pairs of twins who were studied by bicycle ergometr
y during a <<pure>> graded exercise and an exercise during oral admini
sration of anapriline have shown that the functional features of the h
eart make some contribution to cardiovascular implementation of the <<
pure>> graded exercise. When given exercise and anapriline, energy pro
cesses play a role in its implementation. It is suggested that exercis
e + anapriline will cause substantial metabolic changes which can be e
ssential in cardiac decompensation if exercise is not limited in the u
se of beta-blockers.
