Abstract
Excursions of the myocardium in its revascularization area were record ed in 70 patients with coronary heart disease. Myocardial dyskinesia c orrelated with low bypass blood flows, myocardial ischemia and infarct ion in the area of revascularization at any blood flow values. The eva luation of the diagnostic efficacy of myocardiographic symptoms sugges ted that myocardiography had some advantages. It was concluded that it was essential to include intraoperative myocardiography into the set of methods for examining patients with coronary heart disease during m yocardial revascularizations.
