Abstract
Nd2Fe14B films prepared by r.f. magnetron sputtering were studied by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic measurements. Rietveld analysis of the XRD data show that the main phase is 55 wt.% Nd2Fe14B. Magnetizat ion measurements as a function of temperature show a spin reorientatio n around 145 K. These results are compared with those of the bulk mate rial.
