Abstract
Synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of new bis(indazol-1-yl)f luoro- or nitrophenylmethanes are reported. They have been prepared by reaction of indazole and 3-methylindazole with ortho-fluoro-, para-fl uoro- and para-nitrobenzaldehydes in the presence of ZnCl2 and NiCl2.
