Jk. Memetov et al., COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION IN PATIENTS WITH VENTRICULAR ARRHYTHMIAS BY USING A MATHEMATICAL METHOD, Kardiologia, 32(11-12), 1992, pp. 75-78
A comprehensive method for objectivization of the condition in patient
s with ventricular arrhythmias has been first developed and tested. Eq
uations for determining the severity indices for ventricular arrhythmi
as, coronary dysfunction, heart failure, and arterial hypertension hav
e been derived on the basis of isolation and mathematical formalizatie
s. With the derived indices it is possible make a valid comprehensive
assessment of the severity of ventricular arrhythmias, to identify the
syndrome predominant in the clinical course of the syndrome, and to q
uantify the efficiency of inpatient and long-term outpatient therapy.
