Abstract
The liquid effluent issued from yeast culture on hydrolyzate (product of saccharification of vegetal matter) has a high organic charge, most of which is composed of refractive components. The pretreatment of th is effluent by cationic floculent increased the activity of a selected fungal bioconversion microflora, the production of biomass and reduce d significantly the pollution charge of the effluent.
