Abstract
A comprehensive dynamic investigation revealed a group which included 31 (9.8%) patients with a response to the introduction of a probe-elec trode during transesophageal pacing. It was characterized by ST-segmen t elevation and development of in anginal attack. The hemostatic param eters examined suggest that there is a special group among patients wh o have unstable angina with increasing vasospastic activity.
