Abstract
This paper describes the turning points of frequency-temperature chara cteristics for rotated Y-cut quartz-crystal resonators vibrating in b modes in the temperature range 0-300-degrees-C. In the high-temperatur e region, the new experimental results are compared with the theoretic al values calculated by use of the idealized thickness-vibration theor y.
