FREQUENCIES OF FERROMAGNETIC-RESONANCE OF FERROMAGNET-ANTIFERROMAGNET-FERROMAGNET (FM AFM/FM) TRILAYERS/

The properties of the ferromagnetic resonance of FM/AFM/FM trilayer, n amely, the dependence of the resonance frequencies on the external mag netic field and on the constant of the exchange interaction between la yers were examined in our work. The principal dependence of the macros copical property (FMR frequency) on the microscopical parameter (on th e parity of the number of the atomic monolayers in AFM layer) was show n. The corrections to the FMR frequencies of FM layers and AFMR freque ncies of magnetic sublattices of the AFM layer were defined in the app roximation of the weak (in the comparison with other parameters) excha nge interaction at the boundary between the layers. Besides, the numer ical calculations were performed to obtain the dependence of the frequ ency curves on the value of the exchange interaction at the boundary b etween the layers.
