Abstract
I describe a technicolor model (without walking) of all interactions u p to energies of the order of 1000 TeV. The low-energy extended techni color model has the CTSM form. But at intermediate energy scales, addi tional interactions are required to give the KM mixing. I discuss the characteristic flavor changing neutral current interactions arising fr om this flavor physics below 1000 TeV.
