Abstract
Available are the results of WHO programs (Acute Myocardial Infarction Register, Monitoring of Trends in Cardiovascular Diseases and Underly ing Factors) investigations in three districts of Novosibirsk. The tre nds in mortality, case incidence, lethality for 15 years in 25-64-year -old myocardial infarction patients have been established as well as t hese trend relationships with main IHD risk factors, treatment efficac y, environmental factors, social stress.
