Abstract
Juvenile xanthogranuloma is an unusual condition of childhood. It comm only presents as cutaneous lesions normally localized to the dermis an d is benign. A case report of a two-year-old girl with juvenile xantho granuloma involving the right temporal bone (petro-mastoid region) whi ch was locally destructive, is presented.
