Abstract
Ferroelectric domain gratings are produced in Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6:Ce by photoassisted domain switching. The pattern of adjacent antiparallel a -domains is the replica of the grating-like illumination during the sw itching process. These domain gratings are imaged by beam-coupling top ography.
