Routine recommendations were used to prevent hypertensive disease in p
atients with borderline arterial hypertension without using drugs in o
ne of the surveys. The other involved the same methods under constant
control and psychological maintenance to continue preventive measures.
The second approach was found to be more effective and to considerabl
y increase the patients' compliance.
