Abstract
The paper gives the data on hemodynamic features in patients with bund le-branch block. Based on the data available in the literature, the au thors outline hemodynamic abnormalities occurring in various bundle-br anch blocks, mechanisms of their development, influences of hemodynami c changes occurring in the blocks on the general condition of patients .
