Abstract
The AA report and remark the values of microbial counts founds in diff erent kinds off food-stuff: the total viable count and fecal coliforms . The different microbiological specification to value the sanitary an d microbiological quality are discussed by microbiological indicator. They also hope a more rational bacteriological control in order to hav e an improvement in the hygienic conditions of the foods.
