Abstract
A child with the antenatal diagnosis of pulmonary cystic adenomatoid m alformation underwent thoracotomy and an intralobar bronchopulmonary s equestration was found. Histological examination of the resected speci men showed cystic adenomatoid malformation within the sequestered segm ent.
