Abstract
Enhanced electrochemical charge transport rates in a conjugated metall opolymer formed by complexation of [Ru(2,2'-bpy)(2)](2+) moieties to d onor N-atoms in the backbone of a benzimidazole-based polymer provide strong evidence for electronic communication between metal centres.
