Abstract
A 5-Year-old Simmental bull with a history of progressive shifting lam eness associated with proliferative hoof walls in both hind claws was presented for examination. Semen production had ceased for several mon ths after a diagnosis of spastic syndrome. The syndrome complicated wi th spondylitis advanced until the bull was able to stand for only shor t periods of time. Testicular degeneration was diagnosed using a histo pathological grading scheme.
