We describe, in detail, the effect of the mixed valence phase on the p
roperties of an BCS superconducting state. Within an Anderson lattice
description, we take into account one and two particle hybridization t
erms. The superconducting critical temperature, the order parameter eq
uation and the specific heat jump are analysed in detail. In applicati
on, we relate the obtained results to the properties of the CeRu3Si2 i
ntermetallic compound.
