Abstract
In this article the solution of the dynamical equation of motion in th e continuous variable representation is discussed. With appropriate tr ansformation and approximation, the no-phase part of system manifests the vibration-rotation mode and the out-of-part shows the ''scissor mo de'' etc. The energy spectrum of Gd-156 is also calculated, and the al gebraic results of IBM-II can be well reproduced.
