Abstract
Temporary improvement of atopic dermatitis lesions may occur after acu te, severe infections. One such case is shortly described, and it is t hen proposed that such a phenomenon may serve as an indirect evidence to support the finding of a predominant Th2 imbalance in atopic dermat itis.
