Abstract
Tc-99m penta-DMSA has been established as a tumor-seeking agent in the detection of primary and metastatic medullary carcinoma of thyroid. I n a case with Sipple's syndrome (pheochromocytoma and medullary carcin oma of thyroid) the Tc-99m penta-DMSA scan showed increased accumulati on in the right breast, in which there was a mass shown by MRI.
