Abstract
Investigation of the roots of Taxus yunnanensis led to the isolation o f two groups of interconvertible taxanes, made up by two and three com pounds, respectively. Three of the compounds are new and were identifi ed as 1 beta-hydroxy-10-deacetyl-baccatin I, 10-deacetyl-baccatin VI a nd 9-deacetyl-baccatin VI. Copyright (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
