Abstract
A deformed Poincare algebra that contains the exact Lorentz algebra is constructed. By imposing further constraints, the way is paved toward s the construction of field theories with improved renormalization pro perties. The space-time structure and the representations of the const ructed deformed Poincare algebra are also discussed.
