Using the light cone QCD Sum Rules Method, we study the rare B --> <nu
(nu)over bar>gamma decay and find that the branching ratios are, B(B-s
--> <nu(nu)over bar>gamma) similar or equal to 7.5 x 10(-8) , B(B-d -
-> <nu(nu)over bar>gamma) similar or equal to 4.2 x 10(-9). A comparis
on of our results on branching ratio with constituent quark and pole d
ominance model predictions are presented.
