Abstract
Endomyocardial biopsy is conventionally performed by accessing the rig ht internal jugular vein. The alternative approach is via the femoral veins. We describe the safe and effective use of the left internal jug ular vein with a standard Caves-Schulz bioptome. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
