Abstract
The treatment of a young man with lumbar spinal tuberculosis and neuro logical involvement is described. Decompression and anterior spinal fu sion were performed. Dramatic improvement in the patient's condition w as obtained following surgery. The literature on the treatment of tube rculosis of the spine is reviewed.
