J. Pfleiderer et M. Oertl, DECONVOLUTION OF MULTIEXPONENTIAL FLUORESCENCE-SPECTRA WITH MIM, Journal of colloid and interface science, 164(2), 1994, pp. 503-505
We demonstrate that the minimum information method (MIM) is a useful t
ool in deconvolving multiexponential fluorescence spectra (Landl, G.,
Langthaler, T., Engl, H. W., and Kauffmann, H. F., J. Comput. Phys. 95
,1 (1991).). We sketch some theory and two simulated examples. The met
hod is a straightforward normalized least-squares fit with regularizat
ion by Prussian-Helmet smoothing. (C) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
