Abstract
The kinetics and mechanism of grafting of acrylonitrile (AN) onto sodi um alginate (SA) using Fenton's reagent (Fe2+-H2O2) has been studied. The experimental results are found to be in good agreement with the pr oposed kinetic scheme. (C) 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
