Abstract
Two versions of medium composition for obtaining of binase labelled by C-13 or N-15 were selected through a multifactor experiment. A medium containing 0.8% glucose and 2.5% hydrolysate of Anabaena sp. as carbo n and nitrogen sources, respectively, is recommended for production of N-15-labelled enzyme and medium containing hydrolysate as the sole ca rbon and nitrogen source is recommended for production of C-13-labelle d enzyme. Addition of 0.125 mu g/ml of actinomycin D to the medium inc reases the enzyme yield.
