Abstract
Excitation energies and oscillator strengths from the S-1(0) ground st ate to the first P-3(1)0 and P-1(1)0 excited states of Zn-like ions ar e calculated by using the multiconfiguration relativistic random-phase approximation including excitation channels from core electrons. The disagreements among theories and experiments are much reduced but in g eneral remain.
