The complete one-loop contributions to the neutrino electromagnetic fo
rm factor, namely the neutrino charge radius is studied and shown to b
e a gauge-independent and finite quantity in the minimal supersymmetri
c standard model. We extend the previous work by including the vertex
and box diagrams contributions to the neutrino charge radius. Using th
e unitarity conditions of the mass mixing matrices, we demonstrate tha
t the Z-fermion-fermion vertex diagram is finite. Our numerical result
s show that the vertex and box diagrams have the same order of magnitu
de contributions as the neutrino charge radius.
