Abstract
This article presents a simplified theoretical approach of noise behav ior about microwave FETs. An analytical formulation regarding the nois e-figure dependence on temperature is proposed and validated by experi mental results. This expression takes into account the evolutions with temperature of the small-signal equivalent circuit. (C) 1994 John Wil ey & Sons, Inc.
