Abstract
Electroless nickel (nickel-phosphorus alloy) plating onto a diamond su rface prenucleated by a thin palladium layer via laser-induced decompo sition of palladium acetyl-acetonate film was studied. The results on spatial selectivity and adherence of the nickel deposits are reported.
