Excess molar Gibbs free energies (G(E)) and ultrasonic speeds for 1,2-
dibromoethane (1) + cyclohexane (2) or tetrachloromethane (2) over the
whole composition range have been measured experimentally at 298.15 K
. The values of isentropic compressibility (K(s)) and excess isentropi
c compressibility (K(s)E) have been evaluated from ultrasonic speeds,
and excess Gibbs free energies are calculated for the vapor pressure b
y using Barker's method.
