Abstract
We present a HIV-1 seropositive patient wit generalized lymphedema, du e to a rare lymphangiomateous variant of Kaposi's sarcoma, successfull y treated with interferon-alpha. The clinical presentation and treatme nt possibilities of Kaposi's sarcoma are reviewed.
