Investigations of the solar activity influence on fluctuations of the
atmosphere angular momentum (AAM) and the length of the day (LOD) are
continued using a wider statistical material (1976.0 - 1989.3) to whic
h the data on variations of the Earth's pole coordinates (X, Y) are ad
ded, The power spectra are computed via the fast Fourier transform tec
hnique for seven time series: the Wolf numbers (W), solar radio emissi
on flux at the wavelength 10.7 cm (R), geomagnetic index K(p), as well
as AAM, LOD, X, and Y in the range from 20 days to approximately 7 ye
ars. The periodicities found earlier are confirmed and new evidence of
the solar activity influence on the considered geophysical phenomena
is obtained.
