The occurrence of primary endotracheal adenocarcinoma in two 12-year-o
ld cats is reported. Dyspnoea was the most dominant clinical sign in b
oth cases. The endotracheal masses were identified radiographically an
d removed via thoracotomy and tracheotomy in the first case and cervic
al tracheal resection and anastomosis in the second case. In both case
s, the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma was confirmed histopathologically.
