Abstract
A case of Graves' disease associated with splenomegaly, lymphadenopath y, microcytic hypochromic anaemia, and a raised haemoglobin A(2) is pr esented. The haemotological indices returned to normal after conventio nal treatment with anti-thyroid medication.
