Abstract
A series of linear and cyclic thymopentin (TP5), analogues was investi gated by CD, H-1- and C-13-NMR, and molecular modelling methods. It wa s found that the stability of the gamma-turn conformation (PHI = +80-d egrees, PHI = -80-degrees) on the residue located in position 3 of the peptide chain varies with the immunostimulating activity of the pepti des.
